Coconut Creek Genesis is hiring driven, experienced sales professionals for our brand-new luxury showroom. As one of the first exclusive Genesis dealerships in the country, we offer a premium customer experience, strong brand momentum, and high-quality traffic.

Who This Role Is For:
- Proven sales professionals who thrive in commission-based environments
- Individuals who are competitive, coachable, and consistent with follow-up
- People who want structure, opportunity, and real income potential
- Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required for strong closers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work a mix of showroom traffic and internet leads
- Guide customers through a premium buying experience
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM tools
- Close deals and maximize gross and volume bonuses
- Deliver an exceptional, relationship-driven experience
Compensation & Earning Potential:
- $50,000 – $150,000+ annually
- Top performers consistently earn $100K–$150K+
- Uncapped commission structure
- Aggressive volume bonuses

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of sales experience (automotive, retail, phone, or similar)
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Excellent follow-up and organization
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Weekend availability
