Sales Manager Coconut Creek Hyundai/Genesis
Coconut Creek Automall, home of some of the the top volume Genesis and Hyundai dealers in the nation, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to lead our sales team and help drive performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. In this role, you will guide day-to-day sales operations, support team development, and work closely with leadership to create an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to coach teams, analyze results, and achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance goals.
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and closing ratios to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales processes, customer engagement, and follow-up best practices.
- Partner with other departments to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
- Review market trends, inventory levels, and sales performance data to support strategic planning.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, compliance, and dealership processes.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development efforts for sales team members as needed.
- Assist in managing pricing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolution.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and performance initiatives.

- Previous experience in automotive sales leadership or a similar management role.
