We are seeking a proven Finance Director to lead and manage our Finance Department. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing a high-producing F&I team, ensuring compliance, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and hold the F&I team accountable to performance standards
- Drive production, product penetration, and overall department profitability
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
- Collaborate with Sales Management to maximize deal structure and efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
Requirements:
- Proven Automotive F&I experience required
- Prior leadership or Finance Director experience strongly preferred
- Strong track record of driving production and profitability
- Must be available for in-person interviews with our management team
- CDK experience is a plus
